A 300,000 Acre working cattle ranch traversed by streams and framed by mountains. Archer Excavating has been involved since day one.
- Developed over 30 miles of county standard road
- Constructed infrastructure for plus or minus 100 completed structures including golf course maintenance buildings, fitness centers, club house, and numerous large residences
- Worked under the supervision of Renaissance Design to cleared and construct what Golfweek has rated the #1 residential golf course in 2012.
We continue to work there today - with our latest projects being the construction of a small hotel and installation of remanufactured bridges.
